1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
⅓ cup buttermilk
½ cup applesauce
1 ¼ cups mashed bananas
½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray a 9” x 5” loaf pan with cooking spray.
Into a bowl, sift together flour, Splenda Sweetener, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, applesauce, and bananas; stir to blend well. Add flour mixture and blend well, then stir in pecans. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
