Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9” x 5” loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and allspice.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together egg whites and egg substitute.
  4. In large bowl, beat Splenda Stevia Sweetener, margarine, honey, vanilla extract, applesauce, and canola oil until smooth.
  5. Add egg mixture and stir until well mixed. Add flour mixture and stir just until moistened.
  6. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
