2 heads broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup raisins
½ cup diced red onion
¼ cup Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 ½ cups light mayonnaise
12 slices extra lean turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup sunflower seeds

Instructions
In a serving bowl, combine broccoli, raisins, and red onion.
In another bowl, whisk together Splenda Sweetener, vinegar, and mayonnaise until smooth. Pour over broccoli mixture, and toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Sprinkle broccoli salad with crumbled bacon and sunflower seeds; toss, and serve immediately.
