1 box refrigerated pie crusts, softened according to package directions
6 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
1 cup Splenda® Stevia Granulated Sweetener
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ teaspoon salt
Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a large bowl, combine apples, Splenda Stevia Sweetener, cornstarch, pumpkin pie spice, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Toss to coat evenly.
Place 1 pie crust in a 9” pie plate; press firmly into bottom and sides.
Transfer apple filling to the pie plate. Top with second crust. Tuck excess top crust under bottom crust edge, pressing edges together to seal; flute. Cut slits or shapes in top crust to vent.
Bake for 45 minutes or until pie is golden brown.
