Ingredients
2 ½ cups pitted sweet cherries (thawed and patted dry, if frozen)
2 large eggs + 3 large egg whites
⅓ cup Splenda® Sugar Blend
¾ cup lowfat milk
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
⅔ cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest
Pinch of salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9” pie pan with cooking spray and arrange cherries in bottom of pan.
In a bowl using an electric mixer, beat eggs, egg whites, and Splenda Sweetener on medium speed for 2 minutes or until light and frothy. Beat in milk and vanilla extract.
Mix in flour, orange zest, and salt until combined. Pour batter over cherries.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until puffy and golden. Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes, then cut into 8 wedges.
