Ingredients

For the sugar cookie syrup

1 cup water

½ cup Splenda® Sugar Blend

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon butter extract

⅛ teaspoon almond extract

For the sugar cookie latte

Ice

1 ½ tablespoons sugar cookie syrup

1 cup strongly brewed coffee

⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

For the sugar cookie syrup:

Add water and Splenda Sugar Blend to a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Pour syrup in a mason jar and add extracts.
Place in the refrigerator until the mixture is fully chilled.

For the sugar cookie latte:
