⅓ cup Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
¼ cup light butter, softened
1 teaspoon molasses
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 pounds butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into ½” slices
2 large apples, cored and cut into ½” slices

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, stir together Splenda Sweetener, butter, molasses, flour, salt, and nutmeg.
Arrange squash in an ungreased 13” x 9” inch baking dish, then layer with apple slices on top. Sprinkle with the sweetener mixture. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil.
