Banana Split Frozen Yogurt Bark

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt with Splenda® Stevia Granulated Sweetener until sweetener is dissolved. Using a spatula, spread out yogurt on a small baking sheet or cutting board covered in parchment paper so it’s a rectangle about ½ to ¼ inch think.
  2. Add toppings starting with the sliced bananas, then pineapple. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the fruit and yogurt, then sprinkle on the dried strawberries and chopped peanuts.
  3. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, break apart into chunks.
    Enjoy! Keep leftovers in freezer.

Note

  • Add sweetener to taste if you’d like the yogurt a bit sweeter!
  • Any kind of chopped nuts you’d prefer work great.
