½ cup sugar-free maple syrup
1 large egg, beaten

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF and spray a 15-count tart pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a bowl, whisk together butter and Splenda Brown Sugar Blend until smooth. Whisk in sugar-free maple syrup, egg, vanilla, and salt until well-combined.
Lightly flour a clean surface to lay out pie crust. Cut the dough into small circles using a 2 ½-inch round cookie cutter. Flour your fingers and gently press each pastry round into the tart pan.
Using a small spoon, pour the filling into each tart shell. Bake for 5 minutes at 400ºF, then reduce heat to 350ºF, and bake for 8-12 minutes more. Remove and let cool. Serve and enjoy!

If a tart pan is not available, a muffin tin may be used
Adding golden raisins, toasted pecans, or stevia-sweetened chocolate chips to each tart before baking for a delicious addition.
