Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13” x 9” baking pan with cooking spray.
Open one can of crescent rolls and cover bottom of baking pan with dough.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, ¾ cup Splenda Sweetener, and vanilla extract; beat until smooth. Spread mixture evenly over dough. Top with remaining crescent roll dough.
In a bowl, combine remaining ¼ cup Splenda Sweetener and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over dough.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into 16 bars.
