Ingredients
1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed well
3 tablespoons unsweetened cashew butter
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons Splenda® Brown Sugar Blend
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon quick cooking oats
¼ cup no sugar added chocolate chips

Instructions
In a food processor, add all ingredients except chocolate chips. Process until mixture is smooth. Scrape down the sides of the food processor bowl and blend again. If mixture is too thick, thin it out with a splash of almond milk.
Scoop mixture into serving bowl, and top with chocolate chips. Serve with fresh fruit or no sugar added cookies!
Note
Adjust sweetness according to preference.
If cashew butter is not available, whole, raw cashews will work as well. Mixture may need a bit more almond milk to reach the right consistency.
