Instructions

  1. In a blender, add frozen banana, pumpkin, sweetener, almond butter, protein powder, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour in milk. Blend on high. Add more milk if it’s too thick and blend again.
  2. Add ice and pulse.  Pour and top with chopped pecans or cinnamon if desired. Enjoy immediately!
