½ small head broccoli, cut into florets
2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 pork chops, thin-cut
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup Splenda® Stevia Sweetener Jar
2 lemons, juiced, plus 1 lemon cut into wedges
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss broccoli, 1 teaspoon oil, salt and pepper together on rimmed baking sheet until coated. Roast until tender and lightly browned, about 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, heat remaining oil. Add pork chops and cook, 3-4 minutes per side, until meat thermometer reads 145°F. Transfer to plate and let rest.
To the same skillet over medium heat add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Stir in Splenda Stevia Sweetener, lemon juice, soy sauce and crushed red peppers. Simmer, stirring occasionally until sauce reduces by half, about 1-2 minutes.
Pour sauce over pork and serve with roasted broccoli and lemon wedges. Top with parsley and enjoy.
