½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
⅛ teaspoon salt
2 cups low fat buttermilk
¼ cup egg substitute

Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together oat bran, flour, Splenda Granulated Sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk and egg substitute. Pour egg mixture over dry ingredients; stir just until ingredients are blended with no large lumps of flour.
Heat a nonstick griddle or skillet over medium heat.
Pour batter, about ¼ cup at a time, onto hot griddle. Cook pancakes until puffed, browned, and slightly dry around the edges. Flip over and cook other side until golden brown.
