1 box refrigerated pie crusts, softened according to package directions
7 cups peeled and thinly sliced apple
1 cup Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
3 tablespoons cornstarch
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place 1 pie crust in a 9” pie plate; press firmly into bottom and sides.
In a large bowl, combine apples, Splenda Sweetener, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
Transfer apple filling to the pie plate. Top with second crust. Tuck excess top crust under bottom crust edge, pressing edges together to seal; flute. Cut slits or shapes in top crust to vent.
Bake for 40–50 minutes or until pie is golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
