3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
¼ cup Splenda® Sugar Blend
¼ cup hot sauce
¼ cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon liquid smoke
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 ½ pounds chicken wing sections (drumettes and/or wingettes)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a saucepan over medium heat; add butter and heat to melt. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients (except chicken wings). Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat and let cool.
In a bowl, combine chicken wings and sauce, stirring to coat. Spread chicken wings in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is tested with a paring knife.
