4 cups Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
⅔ cup cornstarch
4 egg whites, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
In a blender, combine Splenda Sweetener and cornstarch; blend to a fine powder. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer or large mixing bowl, beat egg whites on medium-low speed until frothy, about 1 minute.
With the mixer on low speed, slowly add powdered sweetener and vanilla.
Once fully incorporated, increase speed to medium-high and beat until stiff, shiny peaks form.
Dye icing with gel food coloring if desired and transfer to piping bag to decorate cookies. Cover any icing that is not used immediately with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.
